Diversity in celebration

Festivities become a moment for connection and team building A company with teams working across different regions of the country — and even on other continents — experiences diversity every day. That’s why Forship Group takes every opportunity to celebrate this plurality. The June and July festivities represent yet another moment to express this Brazilian spirit. “We understand that these celebratory dates are opportunities for team integration and for strengthening our sense of unity. With that in mind, we encourage get-togethers and the sharing of photos and memories, especially around the date that most reflects local culture, São João,” says Hudson Azevedo, General Projects Manager at Forship Group. The teams supporting Petrobras’s operations in the Santos and Sergipe-Alagoas basins, along with the team working at the São Paulo Regasification Terminal, celebrated the date and used the moment to come together. In the Northeast, the celebrations were literally fueled by music and regional cuisine, including the traditional beiju molhado (a moist tapioca cake), one of Hudson’s favorites. Strengthening bonds and belonging Bringing people closer together, strengthening bonds among team members, and showcasing a bit of the culture and energy that are part of everyday life are some of the goals behind these celebrations at each unit. “Our project demands a great deal from everyone. We’re constantly focused on deliverables, deadlines, and operational challenges, which leaves fewer opportunities for interaction outside of our routine activities. These celebrations create exactly that kind of space to connect,” explains engineering assistant Byanca Brendler Peixoto de Pinho, from the team supporting operations in the Santos basin. Japanese project manager Yoshiyuki Ohara has embraced these celebrations precisely because of what they represent: a great opportunity to bring people together and strengthen team integration. And when different cultures come together, the moment becomes even more special. For Byanca, this cultural diversity makes the work environment richer and more dynamic, bringing together different experiences, ideas, and ways of thinking. This broadens collaboration, creativity, and respect, creating a lighter, more inclusive, and more productive atmosphere. Team of Champions The team working at TRSP came together for “Cantinho Junino – Equipe de Milhões” (“June Corner – Team of a Thousand Kernels”), an event that combined the tradition of the Festa Junina with an initiative to recognize and value team members. “Each employee was invited to write their name on a corn kernel cutout and place it on the ‘Team of a Thousand Kernels’ board. The idea was to show that every person contributes to our results, and that the operation’s success is built collectively,” explains supply and logistics analyst Michelle Cristina de Oliveira Bezerra. “It was a simple idea, but the board quickly filled up as employees embraced it and took part spontaneously.” In addition to the board, everyone enjoyed traditional Festa Junina treats, such as paçoquinha (a peanut candy) and pé de moleque (a peanut brittle). No matter where the team is based, there’s a shared understanding that cultural diversity brings different experiences, stories, and perspectives into the workplace. Celebrating traditions like the Festa Junina is a way of honoring this cultural richness, promoting integration, and strengthening a more collaborative, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Nossos pilares

Our pillars

The consolidation of the partnership between the Forship Group and Edge, through a new contract related to TRSP, reaffirms the trust built over the past four years and highlights our ability to deliver highly complex solutions for essential operations in the energy sector. This relationship is grounded in performance, responsibility, commitment, and a long-term vision—qualities that have also defined our partnership with Vale, which has been using HMSWeb for more than 15 years. Vale’s recommendation that Engeform adopt the same platform for the Rio Tanque Water Treatment Plant (ETA Rio Tanque) project in Itabira, Minas Gerais, further strengthens the Group’s technical credibility in the field of digital commissioning. The recommendation resulted not only in the licensing of the HMSWeb platform but also in the hiring of Forship’s commissioning consultancy services. Our expertise played a key role in structuring processes for a project that is vital to regional water security and sustainability. The trust placed in Forship by its clients is directly reflected in the way the company cares for its greatest asset: its people. Continuous initiatives focused on health, safety, inclusion, and professional development demonstrate that Forship applies internally the same standards of excellence, responsibility, and commitment that it delivers in every project. The expansion of these partnerships confirms that Forship continues to grow because it consistently delivers excellence—and it delivers excellence because it invests in the people who make it all possible.
