Health, Safety, and Inclusion
A month of heightened attention to health and people at the Forship Group April was a month marked by initiatives that reinforce Forship’s commitment to health, safety, inclusion, and people development. HR coordinator Clarice Diniz highlights that all actions are part of a continuous agenda that runs throughout the year — from White January to physical health campaigns, International Women’s Day activities, and self-care initiatives. “April expanded this movement, reinforcing holistic care for our employees and building healthier, more welcoming environments,” she says. In celebration of World Health Day, we hosted the talk “You Are What You Eat: Transform Your Habits,” with nutritionist Michele Miranda. “The topic sought to reinforce how diet directly influences our health, safety, and performance. We discussed practical choices that help maintain energy, focus, and well-being throughout the day, as well as strategies to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. It was an important moment to strengthen health awareness and encourage more balanced habits among employees,” said occupational safety technician Valéria Azevedo. During Green April, we reinforced occupational health and safety awareness through group discussions at projects in Brazil and abroad, as well as videos featuring field employees sharing accounts of safe behaviors that prevented real incidents. The initiative recognized attitudes that make a difference and strengthen a culture of prevention. In Blue April, we held the talk “Autism and Other Differences: Understanding to Welcome and Include,” led by specialists from Solarys Terapias and open to employees’ family members as well. The event covered neurodevelopmental signs, workplace accommodations, and ways to promote inclusion. It was accompanied by the booklet “Autism and Other Differences,” with practical guidance for daily life. Closing out the month, we launched the Leadership Training Track with the session “What’s Allowed and What’s Not in Management,” bringing together directors, managers, and coordinators. The training covered strategic communication, mental health, ethics, harassment prevention, psychosocial risks, and legal aspects of management, reinforcing Forship’s culture and meeting the requirements of NR 01 and client standards.
