• • Articles of organization or incorporation and Last consolidated Amendment to the contract (all pages certified and registered in the Board of trade);
  • CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer Identification Number) Card;
  • Proof of State Registration, when applicable;
  • Proof of Municipal Registration, when applicable;
  • Simples (Simplified Tax System) Declaration, if option-holder;
  • Supporting document, depending on the municipal tax classification
