Claudia Barroso
Administrative and Financial Director
Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade Cândido Mendes, she has over 35 years of professional experience and extensive international exposure. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, then worked with the Brasif and Mesbla Groups, and finally at Gestetner do Brasil (now Ricoh Brasil), a subsidiary of the Japanese Ricoh Group, where she held the position of President and worked for 12 years. She joined Forship in 2007, where she currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing Finance, Accounting, Controllership, Administration, Human Resources, and Supply & Logistics for all companies in the Group, both in Brazil and abroad.

Marco A. Kronemberger
Operations Director
An Electrical Engineer from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis (UCP), he has 40 years of experience in the Industrial, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Mining sectors, working on electrical engineering projects, construction, maintenance, operation, and commissioning in various ventures. Currently, as Operations Director of the Forship Group, he is responsible for all the company’s projects and contracts.

Luciano Gaete
Executive Director of HMSWeb
Master of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EBAPE-FGV), with a degree in Data Processing Technology and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), as well as an MBA in Telecommunications Management from FGV. He has been working in Information Technology since 1994 and has been with the Forship Group since 2003. He is currently the Executive Director of HMSWeb, a technology company within the group, IT Director of the Forship Group, and Managing Director of the Forship Engineering & IT (Shanghai) subsidiary in China.

Responsible for managing the Operation & Maintenance projects conducted by the Forship Group, he brings over 40 years of experience in upstream operations and energy projects. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a specialization in Process Equipment and an MBA in Economics, Business, and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He began his career in 1981 at Petrobras, where he held managerial positions, overseeing project supervision, construction and assembly of platforms, production operations, equipment maintenance, and oversight of safety, environmental, and health protocols.
