Management Policy

It is the determination of Forship’s management, through the integration and development of all the organization’s employees:
  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of the organization’s technology and processes through the commitment of staff and suppliers to the guidelines and goals of the company’s Integrated Management System (SGI-FS);

  • Fully comply with applicable legal, statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as the requirements and expectations of stakeholders;

  • Ensuring the application of resources and procedures aimed at safety, the environment and health, in order to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses and pollution in operations;

  • Pursuing the technical development and personal satisfaction of staff through continuous investment in training and qualification, offering prospects for professional growth and promoting a pleasant and stimulating working environment;

  • Ensuring the company’s revenue and the results of contracts, understanding them as a means of ensuring the continuity of operations and sustaining the organization’s objectives;
