The Forship Group reiterates its commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance through a series of initiatives aimed at consolidating the ESG pillars in the organization. In order to advance in this construction, we have defined the following lines of action for the three-year period 2024-2026:
Forship’s commitment to responsible and sustainable practices is reinforced through its adherence to the UN Global Compact.
This initiative strengthens our ESG strategy by aligning the company’s actions with the ten universal principles that promote respect for human rights, labor, the environment, and good practices in integrity and corporate governance.
Forship is proud to be in compliance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and will continue to implement practices that contribute to a more sustainable planet, a fairer society, and a more ethical governance environment.
Forship has been awarded the Gold Seal under the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (PBGHG), granted by the Center for Sustainability Studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGVces).
This certification adapts an internationally recognized methodology for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting and management to the Brazilian context, providing globally accepted tools to estimate, reduce, and offset emissions.
The Gold Seal represents the highest level of recognition awarded to organizations that demonstrate outstanding transparency, quality, and reliability in their GHG emissions reporting.
In addition to marking an important milestone in our sustainability journey, this recognition reinforces Forship’s commitment to environmental governance, responsible emissions management, and the development of a more sustainable future.
