Investing in people’s health and well-being is essential for a company’s sustainability. That’s why we began the year by reaffirming our commitment to employees’ mental and emotional health, integrating practical actions, prevention, and regulatory compliance to promote well-being and safety at work.
“The January White campaign reflected this commitment through educational initiatives, welcoming spaces, and ongoing communication. We created the Self-Care Corner at construction sites and units — Headquarters (Rio), Itaboraí (RJ), Parauapebas (PA), Santos (SP), and Yekepa (Liberia) — as a space for pause and reflection, with continuous engagement from teams.” In addition, we launched the #KnowledgePills series and lectures aimed at increasing the ability to recognize warning signs and encourage responsible guidance.
Committed to holistic health, we also promoted diversity and sustainability initiatives that reinforce our ESG positioning. These actions by Grupo Forship meet the requirements of NR-1, the foundation of all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, as well as the Risk Management Program (PGR), addressing psychosocial risks with the same priority as physical safety measures, in order to strengthen a culture of care and conscious decision-making.
This set of initiatives aims not only to reduce absenteeism, increase engagement, and ensure project continuity, but also to safeguard the physical, mental, and emotional health of our human capital.
