Celebrating Women’s Month means reinforcing Grupo Forship’s commitment to a safer, fairer, and more welcoming environment, recognizing the strength and leadership of women who drive our journey forward.
The initiatives in March reinforce the company’s commitment to expanding opportunities, promoting equity, and building an environment where more women can grow and lead.
“The program we developed brings together educational and recognition initiatives to give visibility to women’s trajectories, promote equity, and strengthen a culture of respect and inclusion,” notes Anita Figueiredo, Human Resources Manager at Grupo Forship.
Program and initiatives
- Computer desktop wallpapers featuring photos and quotes from Forship women, aiming to inspire and value internal career journeys.
- Women’s Month lecture — conducted by social workers from the NGO CD Vida, Aline Pires and Gisele Paula — addressed topics such as gender equity, combating violence, social progress, and women’s achievements. The lecture was attended by Forship’s leadership team and was open to employees’ families.
- Knowledge capsule — during the week of March 16, all employees will receive the material “Women Who Changed the World,” with the goal of highlighting women’s achievements throughout history in Brazil and worldwide.
“The initiatives combine symbolic visibility and learning: the desktop wallpaper reinforces identity and recognition; the lecture promotes reflection and practical tools; the historical capsule inspires female leadership; and the booklet guides behaviors and internal policies. The goal is to turn knowledge into everyday actions that make the environment fairer and safer,” emphasizes the HR manager.
