The respect for diversity is a fundamental principle for a fairer, more equal and inclusive society. Valuing the differences between people and cultures means recognizing plurality and all the richness it brings. Diversity is at the very heart of the Forship Group, which has been building its journey based on this plurality of ideas, knowledge, experiences, genders, races and cultures.
That’s why we’re using the International Women’s Day celebrations (March 8th) to reflect on the power of diversity and how we can, on a daily basis, exercise to expand it, to consolidate it in our organizational culture. The Forship Group is proud that women make up more than 50% of our corporate staff. We are aware that we still have a long way to go, but we are conscious of the strength of our values to continue our journey of success.
It is diversity that also enables us to innovate in order to better fulfill our mission and build our vision for the future. A future that is expressed in our achievements. That is why it is such a joy to celebrate 10 years of HMSMobile, a decisive application in the achievement of Paperless Commissioning, freeing projects from thousands of sheets of paper, the nightmare of the teams. A solution that was developed in a collaborative environment, in which the diversity of knowledge enabled us to be disruptive.
So let’s celebrate diversity every day, because it’s what makes us even stronger!
