Before providing data on the Portal, pay attention to the following guidance:
1) Check the mandatory documentation list;
2) Be up to date with the legal obligations, especially when it comes to labor, tax, social-security, social and environmental matters;
3) Provide the data concerning the CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer Identification Number) used. E.g., if it is a branch, enter the branch’s information and documentation;
01 Pre-Registration
- Create a login and password;
02 I already have a login
- Access the pre-registration;
- Complete the register information required on the Portal;
- Attach the mandatory documentation;
- Define the supply category and subcategory;
- Attach the additional documents required;
- Acceptance from your company for the “Code of Conduct” and electronic signature of the “Agreement to the Code of Conduct”, both available on the Portal;
03 Assessment
The pre-registration will be validated through an analysis of all documents and information provided by your company in the pre-registration phase;

04 Registration on the Forship supplier base
The company will be registered on our supplier base if it has no pending items in previous steps.
The approval in the registration process means that the supplier meets, according to our exclusive criteria, the minimum requirements of the Integrated Management System – SGI.
Important: The pre-registration and registration process does not express a business relationship or represent a bond between the parties, nor does it include any obligation by Forship Engenharia to contract approved suppliers.
Note:
For some supply scopes, the registration process is not carried out on this Portal. They are:
- Services by an adhesion contract like energy, water, fixed/mobile internet, and fixed/mobile telephony;
- Attorney services;
- Natural person in general;
- Advertising (media promotion);
- Gifts;
- For these supply scopes, the supplier registration process is defined by the demanding areas.
